Fantastic news for anyone with an interest in golf on Victoria’s burgeoning Mornington Peninsula.

This natural region of relatively untouched topography boasts some of the best golf courses anywhere in Australia, this area is known as “The Cups”. Eagle Ridge hosts the most talked about Pro-Am Charity golf event on the busy professional golfing circuit in Victoria.

The day is an order of merit professional golfers event for the highest 60 ranked players on the Victorian PGA Order of Merit. The professional golfers play for a one-day prize purse of at least $30,000, which is one of the highest prize purses offered in Victorian Pro-Am‘s. Mr Tim Moore, Victorian Chairman of the Professional Golfers Association stated that his organisation is fully behind this event as the Melbourne Health and the Southern Peninsula Rescue Squad are the main beneficiaries of the day. “The PGA Australia Victorian Branch is pleased that Toll Racing and the Eagle Ridge Golf Course have seen fit to conduct this pro-am. The members of the PGA are pleased to support the event which supports such a worthy cause,” he said.

The vision for the day is to offer a truly relaxing golf experience in the outstanding surroundings of Eagle Ridge at The Cups, Mornington Peninsula. There are limited sponsorship packages now available for what is a prestigious must attend event.
