Wayne Lucas

(General Manager)

Wayne commenced at Eagle Ridge in September 2000. Wayne ’s background includes a trade qualification in Hospitality Management completed at the William Angliss Institute, and has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, managing Cobram-Barooga Golf Club for many years.

Scott Balloch

(Course Superintendent)

Scott has worked at Eagle Ridge since 1985 and has seen the course expand from strength to strength, being promoted to Course Superintendent in 1999. Scott’s background includes a diploma of Horticulture and Turf Management.

Andy Rogers

(PGA Professional)

Andy has been a Member of the Australian & British PGA Since 1992. He turned professional in 1992 after a successful amateur career which included representing England at both youth and full international levels. Andy qualified and played in the 1998 British Open at Royal Lytham. As well as playing on the European Challenge Tour for two years best finish runner up at Lerma Open Spain. He participated in events at the Australasian Tour 1997/98. He has been a full time Golf professional at Eagle Ridge since November 2003 having held positions at 5 Clubs previously with two in England.
